酒店设施完善服务热情周到，环境优雅，距离地铁站近，出行方便，周边环境很好吃喝玩乐应有尽有。附近还有大型商超，方便购物。

One of the most welcoming and outstanding service we have in a while. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds and more than enough storage spaces. We especially loved the automatic mahjong table. The location of the hotel itself gives this hotel 5 stars. We had another hotel booked for our return to Xian. But we decided to rebook here due to how much we loved it. 10/10 would definitely recommend ??

住的是18楼，房间挺不错，配套也好，位置在市中心，离地铁站150左右

都已经这个价格了，竟然没有早餐……
这酒店的电梯绝对的差评………超级闷热，一点也不通风……
附近吃东西挺方便的，还有商业综合体可以逛逛

总体评价：差、很差、非常差
不满意项：
1、房门有缝，漏光、漏烟、不隔音；
2、隔断是木板的，隔音为0；
3、吊顶连通的，隔壁抽烟都飘过来味；
4、当今社会，竟然住宿按金500；
5、打开全部灯，灯光比较暗。
隔音问题不胡説，请看视频。
满意项：
1、前台、保洁服务热情、周到；
2、大厅前台处提供免费茶饮、开水；
3、位置不错，下楼100米进地铁、商场、超市。

Location is fantastic as it’s just a five minute walk to a subway station. The staff was kind and helpful even though they didn’t speak a lot of English. The breakfast is sparse and consists of mostly Chinese items.

It would not be my first choice if I were to visit the area again. But the staff was friendly and welcoming. Food not so great and the room needs some updating and detailed cleaning. Location was good and close to a metro.
